超短半径辐射分支水平钻井技术在韦5井的应用 被引量:17

摘要 为提高产量、完善扩孔和钻进等工艺措施,决定利用辐射分支水平井技术对韦5井进行改造。为确保该井的安全快速完钻,从减小扩眼扭矩防止钻具憋跳入手,研制了单轴牙轮液压伸缩式扩眼器;对转向器系统的高压密封可靠性和钻管再入可靠性等都进行了改进,实现了转向器一次下井可完成尽量多的水平井段的钻进任务;射流钻头采用固定式导流叶轮,在钻头无旋转部件前提下实现射流旋转,通过控制射流旋转程度来满足射流扩展和钻大直径孔眼的需求。钻井结果表明,大直径扩孔和水平钻进工艺有了突破性进展;转向器工具一次下井连续钻出了3个分支井眼。韦5井是国内单井眼长度最长、水平分支井眼数量最多和钻井周期最短的一口井。韦5辐射钻井的成功再次展示了超短半径辐射分支井钻井技术的应用前景和潜力。 With the aim to increase oil output and perfect the technical measure of reaming and drilling,ultra-short radius radial wells drilling in wei5 well.Single-axis roller telescoping underreamer was developed which worked effectively and overcame drill stem wobbling and vibrating.At the same time,due to structure improvements of steering device and fluid jet drilling bit and drilling fluid etc,three ultra-short radius radial horizontal lateral wells at the identical depth of 1065 m in well Wei5 were successfully drilled in 4 days with no trip-out of the wipstock for the first time.In the well drilling, three new technical records in the USRRW application in China were set including the most lateral holes drilled in one well,the greatest out-reach of one radial horizontal hole and the shortest operation time.The successful drilling in well Wei5 showed a great step of the USRRW drilling has marched toward maturing and potential application in China.
