摘要
对２４例经手术及病理证实的涎腺肿块彩色多普勒超声（彩超）分析，结果显示：①良性肿块内无或少血管，恶性肿瘤内血管增粗，棒状或团块状。②恶性肿瘤边缘动脉峰速及均速明显高于良性（Ｐ＜０．００１），谷速也高于良性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。③恶性肿瘤有高速湍流。提示彩超在涎腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断方面具有较大的价值。
Twenty - four cases of salivary gland mases were analysed by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The diagnoses were confirmed by operation and histopathlogy. The results showed:①im benign masses, there were no or few vessels but in malignant masses, the vessels were widened and in the shape of rod or mass. ②the systlic peat velocity and time average velocity of the artery were significantly higher in malignent cases than the benign ones (P<0. 001). The diastolic minial velocity was also greater in malignant than the benign cases (P < 0. 05). ③there was tuburlent flow with abnormally high velocity in the vessels of malignant tumors. The results suggests that CDFI has relatively high value in the dilfferential diagnosis of salivary gland masses.
