摘要
【目的】探讨新生儿泳疗对神经行为发育的影响,为泳疗提供科学依据。【方法】将400例在深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院爱婴区出生的正常新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,入组对象排除来自孕母或自身可能对新生儿神经行为发育造成一定影响的危险因素,对实验组进行规范的泳疗,两组新生儿生后第2、第5、第30、第90 d进行新生儿神经行为发育测定,及婴幼儿智能发育评估。【结果】泳疗后的新生儿神经行为发育测定评分高于非泳疗组(P<0.05)。【结论】泳疗对新生儿神经行为发育确有促进作用,值得推广。
[Objectives] To explore the effect of swimming therapy on neurological behavioral development. [Methods] Four hundreds infants delivered in Baoan hospital were randomly divided into swimming therapy group and control group. Some dangerous factors were removed. Those came from premature or the infants having affect neonatal neurological behavioral development. The swimming therapy group received prescriptive swimming therapy. The infants were assessed by neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) on the second, the fifth and the thirtieth day. [Result] The total score of NBNA showed that the swimming therapy group was obviously higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Neonatal swimming therapy can obviously improve neurological behavioral development of infants.
