摘要
本文对22例各型血管角皮瘤(男13例,女9例)进行了分析。并对其中的单发丘疹型及限界斑块型的临床表现、组织病理改变及鉴别诊断也进行了讨论,以防止将血管角皮瘤误诊为色素痣、脂溢性角化、化脓性肉芽肿或黑素瘤。
In this article, 22 cases (male 13, female 9) of various types of angiokeratoma were analysed. theclinical manifestation, histopathologic changes and the differential diagnosis of the solitary papulartype and the circumscribed plaque type of angiokeratoma were also discussed so as to avoid misdia-gnosing the angiokeratma for pigmented nevus, melanoma, seborrheic keratosis or granuloma pyogeni-cum
