摘要
本文主要介绍的是一种水中大肠菌群的快速检测方法——酶底物法,并对此方法与多管发酵法对地表水中总大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌以及粪大肠菌群分别进行了比对试验,结果表明(1)酶底物法与多管发酵法对地表水中总大肠菌群的检测结果无显著性差异且呈中度正相关(配对t检验t=2.57,0.025〈P〈0.05;直线相关分析r=0.597,0.025〈P〈0.05);(2)酶底物法对大肠埃希氏菌的检测结果与多管发酵法对粪大肠菌群的检测结果呈高度正相关(直线相关分析r=0.863,0.025〈P〈0.05)。结论:酶底物法可以有效的检测水中的总大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌。
This article mainly introduces a method which can fast detect coliform in Water (enzyme substrate method). And compare enzyme substrate method with muitipie-tube ferment method to detect the totai coiiforms, escherichia coil and feces coliforms in the surface water. Result (1) compare enzyme substrate method with multiple-tube ferment method to detect the total coliforms shows no significant difference and moderate positive correlation (paired samples t-test t=2. 57, 0.025〈P〈0. 05; linear correlation coefficient r=0. 597, 0. 025〈P〈0. 05) ; (2) compare enzyme substrate method to detect the escherichia coli with multiple-tube ferment method to detect the feces coliforms shows high positive correlation(linear correlation coefficient r=0. 863, 0. 025〈P〈0. 05). Conclusion enzyme substrate method can detect effectively the total coliforms and escherichia coli in water.
