摘要
脉冲涡流无损检测技术是一种新的检测技术。通过应用脉冲涡流测量方法,从理论上分析了感应电流与金属厚度之间对应的变化关系,从中得到了感应电流峰值高度、第1次峰值到达时间和穿过零点的时间这3个特征信号。根据这3个特征量,可推测出被测金属和线圈之间距离、被测金属的厚度,误差小于2%。
The pulsed eddy-current (PEC) nondestructive measurement is a new technology. By using PEC measurement method, the relationship between the transient induced current and different metallic thickness is analyzed theoretically, and three signals of the feature is gained, such as the peak of induced current, the occurrence time of the first peak and a zero-crossing time, which is adopted to forecast the distance of coil from metal and the thickness of metal. The error is less than 2 %.
