摘要
用33例男性青年新鲜尸体的脊柱,自蛛网膜下腔灌入铸型造影剂.低温冷冻,横断各颈椎照X线片,测出C_3~C_7椎体、椎管、硬膜囊和脊髓的横、矢径平均值。取4例先做脊髓造影CT测量,再做铸型造影对比,证明33例标本测量数值可作为正常男性椎管及脊髓CT测量的标准参考数据。选20例X线片进行图像面积扫描,其中C_4与C_5脊髓与椎管的面积比例较小。
Thirty three corpses of China young male adult were used in this study. To keep the spine intact,it was removed together with the base of the skull. A kind of casting mould contrast medium wasinjected into the subarachnoid space. After the spine was refrigerated deeply, the cervical vertebrae werecut transversely with clectric saw to make slices of 3 mm to 4mm in thickness. X-ray films of theseslices were taken and measurements of the vertebral body, spinal canal, dural sac, and the spinal cordfrom C_3 to C_7 segments were made sagittally and transversely in order to get the normal data of theyoung male adult for CT examination. C. T. M. was done in four cases preceding the injection of the casting mould contrast mediumfor comparison. Area scanning with OPTON-kontron IBAS 2000 Image Analysis System was taken in 20 of the 33cases, and the ratio of the spinal cord area to the spinal canal area was calculated out.
