摘要
目的探讨X线、CT检查对支气管囊肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例经手术、病理证实的支气管囊肿的X线、CT表现。结果位于纵隔内4例,肺内8例,其中含液囊肿11例,含气囊肿1例。结论X线、CT均能诊断本病,CT检查诊断价值更高,有一定特异性。
[Objective] To explore the value of diagnosing congenital bronchial cyst with X- my and CT. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on the manifestation of 12 cases of congenital bronchial cyst diagnosed with X- ray and CT. [ Results] 4 cases of cyst were found in mediastinum and 8 cases in lungs, among which 11 cases were liquid cyst and one was air cyst. [Couclusion] Both X- ray and CT are applicable for diagnosing congenital bronchial cyst; CT is more effective with certain specificity.
