摘要
将矩阵的相关理论运用到图像分形压缩中,简化了分形编码过程,在传统分形压缩的基础上,进一步提高了分形压缩比,同时,提出一种矢量法分形块分类的方法,缩短了分形编码时间.
In this paper, fractal coding is simplified through bringing the related theory to Matrix and Vector. It improves rate and time of fractal compression on the basis of traditional fractal compression.
