摘要
目的观察食管静脉曲张套扎硬化术治疗前后肝功能及凝血酶原时间(PT)与营养摄入的关系。方法选择食管静脉曲张套扎治疗的患者31例,观察术前、术后7d、1个月及2个月肝功能、凝血酶原时间、体重变化情况。结果术前、术后7d白蛋白(A)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及体重相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗前、术后1个月相比,则有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而与术后2个月相比则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论应重视加强肝硬变食管静脉曲张套扎硬化术后患者的营养。
Objective To observe the correlation of nutnition with liver function and PT before and after ligation of esophageal varice of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods 31 case of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were investigated from March of 2004 to Sep. of 2005. Liver function, PT, and weight changes were recorded 7days before and after the treatment.Datas before mentioned were recoded one month and two months after the treatment.Result Albumin (A),ALT,TBIL,DBIL and PT were not changed apparently(P〉0.05)7day tater, compared with those of 7 days before the treatment,but changes were apparent one month later (P〈0.05). Liver function and PT turned better after two month,almost the same as that before (P〈0.05).Conclusion Nuntrition plays an important role to patients with liver cirrhosis received the treatment after ligation of esophageal varices.
