癌症伴白内障患者超声乳化人工晶体植入术的治疗效果

摘要 目的探讨对癌症患者伴有老年性白内障者实行超声乳化人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法1999年1月～2005年3月，对25例患有癌症的老年性白内障患者（45眼）、和对照组老年性白内障患者35例（55眼）行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术。对术后视力，术后愈合情况、术后并发症方面进行对比研究。结果术后视力、术后愈合及术后并发症方面两组差异均无显著性。结论对于患有晚期癌症的老年性白内障患者，实行超声乳化人工晶体植入术是最佳的手术方式。
