摘要
目的了解福州市三资企业职业卫生管理现状。方法采取查阅档案、询问和现场检查方式对存在职业危害因素的三资企业进行调查。结果共调查三资企业216家,其职业卫生管理上均存在不同程度的问题:没有1家企业办理职业卫生“三同时”审查;职业病危害项目申报率仅63.4%,职业病危害因素控制率66.7%,职业健康体检率65.7%。结论应加强对建设项目职业卫生管理的领导,加大对《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的宣传力度,对违反《职业病防治法》的行为坚决予以处罚。
[ Objective] To learn the occupational hygiene administration in foreign- capital enterprises of Fuzhou. [Methods] File checking, inquiries and investigation on site were carried out to explore the occupational hazards in the foreign - capital enterprises. [ Results] Problems of different levels existed in the occupational hygiene administration of 216 investigated enterprises; only 63.4 % of them reported occupational hazards project, 66.7% of them kept the occupational hazards into control and 65.7% of them conducted physical examination. [Conclusion] Occupational hygiene administration should be strengthened in the foreign- capital enterprises.
