摘要
目的探讨术前健康教育对适宜做射频消融术的住院患者知识和行为的影响。方法由专业护士对276例适宜做射频消融术的住院患者实施个体化术前健康教育,评估教育前、后患者对射频消融术的相关知识掌握及对该手术的接受程度两项指标的变化情况。结果教育前后患者对射频消融术的相关知识掌握及对该手术的接受程度均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论术前健康教育对适宜做射频消融术的住院患者知识和行为指标改善有着积极的影响,显示了不可忽略的重要性。
Objective To investigate the influence of health education on the inpatients knowledge and behavior before radio frequency ablation. Methods 276 inpatients had been given health education individually before radio frequency ablation by special nurse. Two indexes which were the degree of mastering correlated knowledge of radio frequency ablation and the degree of accepting operation had been assessed before and after health education. Results The degree of mastering correlated knowledge of radio frequency ablation and the degree of accepting operation had been improved obviously after health education, comparing with that before health education, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions Health education has active effects on the inpatient＇s knowledge and behavior before radio frequency ablation, it is verv important.
