摘要
在气流粉碎机设计中,有两个需要解决的技术关键问题:一是粉 碎能应最大限度地消耗于表面能的增加,以提高产率;二是有效地防止大 颗粒溢出,严格控制产品粒度。本文根据复杂的流场理论及试验结果,分 析并提出了解决问题的有效途径。详尽介绍了JM型气流粉碎机的粉碎 原理、 工艺流程和主要技术参数的确定依据。使用结果表明, JM型气流 粉碎机是超细粉体制备技术中最为有效的设备。
There are two key technical problems needing to be solved in the design of airflow crusher. First,the crushing energy should be consumed maximally in the insrease of superficial energy to improve the output rate;second,the overflow of the big particles should be prevented effectively and the size of product should be strictly controlled. According to the theory of flow field and the results of tests,the author analyzes and puts forward an effective way to solving these problems. In addition, a detail introduction to the crushing priciple of JM model airflow crusher,the process flow and the basis of determining the main technical parameters is made. The rasults of practical use has shown that JM model airflow crusher is the most effective equipment for the preparation of superfine powder.
