摘要
以氟离子选择性电极、分光光度计和EDTA络合滴定法分别对国内13种市售牙膏(其中包括9种防龋牙膏)进行了Ca,P,F的化学测定,并对自制牙膏的摩擦剂种类和取样量等因素做了分析。结果表明含氟牙膏中有效F^-的浓度随放置时间的延长而明显下降,Ca^(2+)消耗量也较大,只有PO_4^(3-)浓度改变不大。说明目前国内防龋牙膏中有效成分(特别是F^-浓度)的不稳定性,已成为防龋工作中的最大障碍。为了保证防龋牙膏的最佳防龋效能,检测牙膏中Ca,P,F3种成分是十分必要的。
13 types of toothpaste (among them 9 types are anti-caries) are determined seperately by means of fluoride selective-electrode/mv master set-up, spectraphotometer, EDTA complex formation titration for F, P and Ca. The kinds of abrasive component and sampling amount of toothpaste which are made ourself are analysed. The results indicate that the concen- tration of effective F decreases obviously as standing time went on and consuming amount of Ca^(2+) increases.Only the concentration of PO_4^(3-) changes insignifcantly. This means that effective components(especialy F^- concentra- tion) of anti-caries toothpaste are unstable in our country so far. This is a big obstacle in the anti-caries toothpaste production. In order to ensure the best anti-caries effect of the toothpaste, it is proposed that it is necessary to examine all 3 components-Ca, P, F-in the toothpaste.
