摘要
目的:确定川牛膝的最佳采收期。方法:采用折干率实验及单株重测定,研究不同生长期川牛膝的产量;采用分光光度法对不同生长期川牛膝中川牛膝多糖进行含量测定。结果与结论:从药材内在质量和产量两方面综合考虑,确定秋冬季即11月植株枯萎后为最佳采收期。
Objective： To ascertain the best harvest time of radix cyathulae. Methods： Research the yield of radix cyathulae in different vegetal time by using experiments of the drying rate and mensuration on weight of individual plant. Mensurate the polysacchafides content of radix cyathulae amylase in individual plant through making use of spectrophotometry. Results and Conclusions： We confirm that the best harvest time of radix cyathulae is in autumn and winter when the plant has perished in November.
