摘要
以静态荧光光谱、荧光偏振、时间分辨荧光光谱研究了非离子表面活性剂胶束对发光染料DCM(4-二氰基亚甲基-2-甲基-6-对二甲胺苯乙烯基-4H-吡喃)的作用.结果表明,由于胶束微环境的特性及其对激发态DCM的保护作用,DCM在TritonX-100或Tween-80胶束水溶液中的荧光强度(F)、量子效率(φ)和荧光偏振度(P)、微粘度(η),分别比在水中增加100~300和700~2000倍;荧光寿命(τ)分别比在乙醇、四氢呋喃及二氧六环中增长10%,27%,74%.且DCM的F与浓度(c)的线性范围和它的τ保持恒定的浓度范围也分别比它在乙醇中扩大10和2倍.此外,还观测到P和η是影响DCM的τ的重要因素.
The effects of non-ionic surfactant micelles on luminous dye DCM are examined by means of steady-state, time-resolved fluorescence spec- troscopy and fluorescence polarization measuremeents. The results indicate that the micelles microenvironment property and its protective effect on excited DCM caues the fluorescence intensity, quantum yields and polariza- tion, microviscosity of the DCM in micelles aqueous solution of TritonX-100 or Tween-80 increase 100~300 and 700~2000 times respectively relative to those of DCM in aqueous solution, and there were life-time rises of 100%, 27%, 74% respectively relative to those of DCM in alcohol, tetrahydro furan and dioxan. Morever, the linear range for fluorescence intensity versus con- centration of DCM and the concentration range of DCM retaining the life time constant expand 10 and 2 times respctively relative to those of DCM in alcohol. It is also observed that the polarization and microviscosity are im- portant factors affecting the life time of DCM.
