摘要
选择长沙市作为研究载体,在分析其产业结构的基础上,选择目前占据国民经济主要构成的产业——第三产业为研究对象,采用规模指数、效率指数、增长指数、吸纳就业指数等一系列指标对第三产业内部结构进行分析与评价,得出长沙市产业结构中最具发展优势的行业部门.并结合长沙市在新时期面临长江三角洲与珠江三角洲经济圈经济发展与产业结构升级所带来的机遇与挑战,提出长沙市产业结构调整发展的政策取向.
By selecting Changsha City -- the centre of economy, politics and culture in Hunan - as an object of study,this paper analyzed its industrial structure, studying the inner structure of its tertiary industry, a series of indexes such as scale index, efficiency index, growth index to evaluate the inner structure and to figure out the departments of tertiary industry with the best developmental advantages. In light of the chances of and challenges for Changsha city＇ s economic development in the new era, some countermeasures for optimizing the industrial structure were put forward in this paper.
