摘要
磁共振尿路造像(MRU)是泌尿系影像检查的新方法,它采用重度横向驰豫时间(T2)加权技术,使含水的泌尿系器官显影。用半傅立叶采集技术(half fuorier single-shot turbo spine-echo sequences,HASTE)行MRU检查,HASTE序列只需要在1次激励中采集半数K空间数据,使成像时间大为缩短,空间预置饱和技术也常被用来消除周围组织对图像的影响。利用最大强度投影(maxiumintensity projec-tion,MIP)技术对原始图像进行三维重建,获得肾集合系统及输尿管二维投影像,MRU除了具有类似的静脉肾盂造影(IVU)效果外,同时IVU具有更大的优越性,特别是对尿路梗阻性疾病的诊断。在尿路梗阻的发现、梗阻水平的定位与梗阻原因的定性诊断上具有高度敏感性和准确性。
Magnetic resonance urography( MRU), a kind of magnetic resonance water imaging technique, is a new method of magnetic resonance urography, Using heavilyT2-weightod fnst sequence water imaging technique, it can make the organ with water in uropoiesis system visualized. The examination of MRU can be carried out by half fuorier singleshot turbe spine-echo sequence(HASTE). MR urography can shorten the imaging time greatly because its HASTE sequence only need once to collect,half K space data, With space preset saturation, spatial presaturation technique also can be used to abolish the influence from surrounding fissnses on the imaging. In editing original image for three-dimensional reconstruction using maximum intensity projection(MIP) to obtain 2D projective image of collecting system in kidney and ureter, MRU has more advantages than IVU apart from its similar effect with it, especially in the diagnosis urinary obstruction disease. MRU has high sensitivity and accuracy to the urinary obstruction about its findings, the diagnosis in the allocation of obstruction level and obstructive reason.
