摘要
标记免疫分析技术的出现使临床生化分析由常量分析向微量分析转变。20世纪80年代出现的时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术,以其独特的优势成为最有发展前途的非放射免疫标记技术。本文主要介绍时间分辨荧光免疫技术基本原理、基础试剂、基本技术以及近年来临床应用。
The marked immunoassay technique gives the changes from macroanalysis to microanalysis. Timeresolved fluoroimmunoassgy technology is a non-radio-immunity labeling technique having most perspective future because of its unique advantage since 1980s. This article reviewed some aspects about it including fundamental principle, basic reagent, basic technique and the its clinical application in recent years.
