摘要
观察四逆散加味方对用苯酚制成家兔输卵管炎症模型的影响，以探讨该方临床疗效机理。实验用２１只兔，分为对照组、大剂量组、小剂量组，造模前后用插管胃饲法给药共１３ｄ。结果，肉眼观察输卵管管腔积水阳性率大剂量组为１０．０％，小剂量组为３０．０％，对照组为６４．３％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；输卵管与周围组织粘连阳性率大剂量组为２０．０％，小剂量组为５０．０％，对照组为９２．９％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。组织学观察，三组兔输卵管的上皮、皱襞、固有层、肌层等各层及输卵管总体炎变程度，大小剂量组均轻于对照组（Ｐ分别＜０．０５或＜０．０１），提示四逆散加味方具有对抗输卵管炎症的作用。
Rabbits salpingitis was induced by phenol.Sini San Jawei Fang at large and small doses was givening orally once a day for 3 days before and for 10 day after given phenol.The control group was given tape water.The results showed:The situations of sactosalpinx and perisalpingitis with adhesion of the three animal groups were different.Positive rate of large dose group was lower than that of the small dose groups and that of the two groups were low-er than that of the control group.Histology observation showed:inflammation severity in the whole oviduct of large dose groups was lighter than that of control group.It is indicated that Sini San Jiawei Fang has alleviating effect on salpingitis.
