摘要
对三电平多态电子人工神经元网络的电路结构与特性进行分析。神经元网络的输入端分为高。中、低三种电平,其输出端的状态,不但与输入端的电平组合有关,而且还与上一时刻神经元网络的状态有关,因而组成一种复杂的多种状态,其真值表可多达30项以上。这种多态电子神经元网络在组合优化运算和医学模式识别上可有广泛的应用。
The structure and property of the three-level and multi-state electronic artificical neuron network were reported.The input of the neuron network could be subdivided into three levels:high,median and low. The output states of the neuron network were correlated not only with the input levels but also with the antecedent states of the neuron network.Thus the very complex multi-states were formed and the truth table might contain over 30 items.The multi-state electronic neuron network may be widely used in combination optimation oper-ation and medical pattern recognition.
