摘要
针对目前常用的室内空气封闭循环除湿方法后期除湿效率较低这一缺点,提出了非混合式室内空气除湿方法,并对其装置进行了设计.在用此方法进行除湿时.室内形成了干空气区与湿空气区.除湿机处理的湿空气始终为湿度较大的湿空气。因此除湿效率较高.理论计算和实验结果表明.采用这种方法可提高单位能耗去除湿空气中的水分量(或节能)20%-1.00%.
Since the room air closed circulating dehumidification method has the defect that which has a lower dehumidification rate at later stage, an unmixed room air dehumidification method was put forward and analyzed and new equipment was designed. Because a dry air area and a humid air area were formed in the room during dehumidification process, the disposed air by dehumidification machine was always the humid part, therefore the dehumidification rate was higher. Theoretical calculation and experiment results indicated that the method could increase 20%-100% moisture removal at an unit energy consume.
