摘要
介绍了虚拟形象与网络虚拟形象的定义、特征,并从网络虚拟形象与传统虚拟形象不同的特点的角度,分析了对网络虚拟形象进行知识产权保护的意义、主要侵权方式及目前的法律保护体系,并针对存在的保护不充分不全面的问题,给出了在著作权的体系内新设立虚拟形象权的相关对策。
This paper introduces the definition and characteristic of fictional character and intemet fictional character. Showing problems of intellectual property protection about intemct fictional character, then it gives countermeasures to resolve these problems .
