摘要
目的：为补中益气丸（浓缩丸）质量控制提供新方法。方法：色谱柱：Agilent hypersil ODS（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水（19：81）；检测波长：283nm；柱温：室温；流速：1．0mL／min。结果：橙皮苷线性范围：0.0441～0．5880mg／mL，相关系数r分别为0．9999，回收率为98．1％，RSD为1．4％。结论：本方法简便、可靠、重现性好。能起到控制补中益气丸（浓缩丸）中橙皮苷含量的作用。
Objective ：To develop an effective quality control method for Buzhong Yiqi Wan（ Nongsuo Wan）. Methods ：Hesperidin in Buzhong Yiqi Wan （ Nongsuo Wan）was determined by RP - HPLC, using Agilent hypersil ODS（4.6 × 250mm,5um）column, acteonitrile- water（ 19：81 ）as mobile phase and UV detector at 283 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results： The linearity range of lndigotin was 0. 0441 -0.5880mg ·mL^-1 ,the average recovery of Indigotin was 98.1% with RSD 1.4%. Conclusion ： The method is simple,rapid ,accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of Hesperidin in Buzhong Yiqi Wan（ Nongsuo Wan）.
