摘要
针对澳洲方指纹图谱,具体从讨论中药指纹图谱的数据库的构建方案,对数据库的功能、形成模式以及指纹图谱的具体应用设计进行了初步探讨,提出了初级指纹图谱数据库的建立模式和具体实现方式。中药指纹图谱数据库是中药指纹图谱应用和具体执行的承载模式,方法学的研究和应用讨论是建立完善数据库的基础,本文研究过程表明,中药指纹图谱数据库是一个多元多模式多层次的信息挖掘型数据库,它作为中药指纹图谱的实践平台必将为中药的信息化、规范化和标准化提供实现和操作路径。同时指出初级指纹图谱库的建立仅利用了现有软件进行的数据库初步构建,在数据间相关分析以及数据结果预测等方面没有进行研究,另外数据库数据的公认、验证和数据移植尚需进一步加强。
The primary Aozhou formulae fingerprint chromatogram database was established with the description of TCM fingerprint database construction method. Through the discussion about function, formation and application of database, it introduced the primary TCM fingerprint database establishment and its application. Upon the procedure of study, it could be presented that TCM fingerprint database is an effective carrier for fingerprint application. TCM fingerprint database is also a muhielement, multimode and multilayer information mining database. It could be provided path to TCM informationization, normalization and standardization as the practice platform for TCM fingerprint application. It also indicated that establishment of primary fingerprint database mentioned in the article was only an initialized construction based on existent database software where the correlation analysis, prediction of results, data acknowledged, validated and data transplantation should be strengthen in the further study.
