摘要
目的:研究逍遥散提取液对乳腺癌细胞生长抑制的作用。方法:应用MTT分析法和克隆形成法对逍遥散提取液处理的人乳腺癌(MCF-7)细胞进行检测和观察。结果:经不同剂量逍遥散提取液作用后的细胞明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散提取液对人乳腺癌细胞有显著的生长抑制作用,且有时间、剂量依赖性。
Objective ： To study the inhibition of the aquous - extracted of Ease powder on the growth of the mammary cancer cells. Methods： MTr assay and clone formation were used to examine and observe the mammary cancer ceils MCF -7 that treated with Ease powder aquous. Results： The cells that treated with different doses of Ease powder aquous are decreasing obviously comparing to the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ease powder aquous has remarkable inhibition on the growth of the mammary cancer cells in a time and dose dependence way.
