摘要
目的:观察小青龙汤加味对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠血浆IL-5含量和TNF-α含量影响,揭示小青龙汤加味治疗AR的部分现代生物学基础。方法:将40只w istar雄性大鼠按体重随机分成生理盐水对照组、变应性鼻炎模型对照组、小青龙汤治疗组、小青龙汤加味治疗组、息斯敏治疗组,每组8只。采用卵蛋白全身致敏与局部攻击方法制作AR大鼠模型,观察小青龙汤加味治疗后血浆IL-5含量和TNF-α含量的变化,结果进行统计学分析。结果:模型组血浆IL-5含量和TNF-α含量明显升高,小青龙汤加味治疗组血浆IL-5含量和TNF-α含量明显降低。小青龙汤加味治疗组优于小青龙汤治疗组。结论:小青龙汤加味治疗AR的作用机制之一可能是通过降低IL-5含量和降低TNF-α含量,从而减轻鼻黏膜变应性炎症,减轻AR的症状或减缓AR的发作,以达到治疗AR的目的。
Objective: To observe the effect of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction on plasm interleukin- 5 (IL- 5 ) and tumor necrosis factor( TNF - α) content in allergic rhinitis rats and to show the part mechanism of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction treating allergic rhinitis. Methods : 40 wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, the xiaoqinglong decoction group, the variant xiaoqinglong decoction group and astemizole group with 8 cases in each group according to its weight. Generally sensitized rats were received repeated local booster sensitizeation into nasal cavity with egg albumin. Plasm IL - 5 and TNF - α were assayed using Elisa double antibody sandwich method, Results : Plasm IL - 5 and TNF - αcontent increased significandy in AR model group and decreased remarkably to normal nearly in the variant xiaoqinglong decoction group. The variant xiaoqinglong decoction group was better than xiaoqinglong decoction group. Conclusion: One of mechanism of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction treating AR may lower plasm IL - 5 and TNF - α content in AR rats and alleviate allergic inflammation in nasal mucous membranes and symptoms to normal.
