摘要
提要经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）是治疗风湿性心脏病（风心病）二尖瓣狭窄（ＭＳ）较为有效的非开胸手术方法。术中置入电极导管，房间隔穿刺及球囊充盈阻断二尖瓣瓣口时常出现多种心律失常。部分心律失常影响手术操作，严重的危及生命，需引起重视。本文着重讨论术中出现的心律失常及其处理。
Percutaneous balloon cardiac valvuloblasty is a effective no chestsurgery therapy for MS (mitrial stenosis) caused by RHD (rheumatic heart disease). Inthis operation, catheter insertion , interatrial septum puncture and ballon filling blockingmitral orifice may cause many kinds of arrhythmia . Some of them may affect the o-peation, even make patient to be dead. So we must pay attention to them. This articlediscussed the arrhythmias during operation and methods to solve them in dptail.
