摘要
本文观察１００例老年心血管病患者的用药情况及药物不良反应，其心血管病药物不良反应总发生率为１４％，地高辛为１３％、硝苯地平为１１％、维拉帕米为２５％、莫雷西嗪为２０％、消心痛为９．２％、β受体阻滞剂为７．６％、利尿剂为５．８％。为此，并讨论了老年人合理用药措施。
Drug treatment and its adverse reactions in 100 old patients with cardiovascular disease were observed. The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular drug reactions was 14%. For digoxin, adverse reactions were seen in 13% of the patients; for nifedipine,in 11%; for verapamil, in 25%; for moricizine, in 20%; for isosorbide dinitrate,in 9 2%; for beta receptor blocking agents, in 7 6% and for diuretics, in 5 8%. The rational use of drug for the elderly was also discussed.
