摘要
分析了硫酸盐法蒸煮黑液碱回收过程中的杂质对回转式石灰窑运行的影响,将杂质按性质进行分类,分别探讨其在生产中的来源及影响。分析表明:减轻及消除影响的主要措施是,控制白泥中可溶性钠盐的含量;彻底分离绿液中的绿泥;将不凝性气体引入动力炉或碱炉,控制白泥中硫、氧化钙及其他氧化物的含量;严格控制补充石灰石的质量。
The paper analyzes the effects of process residues on the runnability of rotary limekiln in the alkali recovery of the Kraft pulping black liquor, They were categorized according to their properties and their sources and influence in the production are discussed. The results show that the following measures could clear up the unfavorable influences of the process residues： （1）controlling the content of the soluble sodium salts in white mud; （2） completely separating the green mud of the green liquor; （3）leading the noncondensable gases into the power furnace or the recovery furnace to alleviate the content of sulfur, calcium oxide and other oxides and （4）strictly controlling the quality of the replenished limestone.
