摘要
目的：观察电针睛明穴对兔眼眼压的调节作用。方法：对治疗组与对照组高眼压家兔模型用电针睛明穴的方法观察比较。结果：治疗组的眼压最高值６．５３６±０．９１２ｋＰａ和最低值２．９８±０．３４５ｋＰａ均低于对照组的眼压最高值和最低值（７．０５６±１．０５２ｋＰａ和３．６３６±０．４２５ｋＰａ）。两组间眼压比较。除１０分钟时段外，，其他各时段组间差异均有显著性意义。
OBJECTIVE : To observe the adjustment effect of electric acupuncture Jinming acupoint on intraocular pressure(IOP)in rabbit eyes . METHOD We observed and compared the IOP in eyes of the rabbits with high IOP in the electric acupuneture group with those in eontrol group . RESULTS. The maximum ( 6.536±0.912kPa)and minimum (2.986±0.354kPa) IOP inthe treated group are obviousry lower than those in the control group in different time intervals , except in ±0.425 kPa).The differences between IOP ot the group in different time difterent time intervals . except in 10 minite interval are significant.CONCLUSION: Electric,acupuncture Jinming acupoint of rab-bits with high IOP can lower IOP significantly.
