摘要
在４个平面间隔切除１１只山羊的椎板，分别用硅胶膜、自体游离脂肪片、带蒂肌瓣覆盖硬膜，一处平面作空白对照。术后４个月处死动物，行组织学检查，术前及处死动物前行ＣＴＭ检查，测量硬膜囊矢径、横径。结果显示，硅胶膜与脂肪片能明显防止推板切除术后纤维疤痕粘连对硬膜囊的压迫，带蒂肌瓣优于对照组，但不及前两者。
Eleven goats underwent laminectomy in 4 interval planes.The dura were covered with silicon membrane,free fat and pedicled muscle,respectively.One plane was not treated as a control group.The goats were killed at the 4th postoperative month and the histological examination was performed.The computed tomography myelography(CTM)was carried out and the cross,sagittal diameters were measured before operation and before the goats were killed.The results showed that the silicon membrane and the free fat could obviously take precautions against press of dural sac by fibrous scar adhesion after laminectomy.The pedicled muscle group was superior to the control group,but inferior to either of the formers.
