摘要
对于频率较大的轴承振动信号,数据存储量大且存储速度快,数据的存储方式是压缩的二进制数据格式,不能以常规的SQL查询方式实现数据库的访问。在W inCC系统所提供的数据库操作功能不能满足实际需要的情况下,对W inCC V 6的数据库应用进行了二次开发以直接获得和分析数据库中的数据。并以“往复式压缩机故障诊断系统”为例,阐述了利用V isua l C++6.0访问W inCC数据库的方法、语法以及访问过程,给出了针对振动信号的查询方法,并证实了该方法的可行性和稳定性。
In order to get and analyse the data in WinCC database directly,a secondary developed application based on WinCC database was implemented because the query functions it provided can't meet the demand of our project purpose ,especially querying the vibrating signal data which were stored largely and quickly by means of binary format and can't be queried with normal SQL language. The article demonstrated the method,syntax and process of operating WinCC database with Visual C++ in the project of "the fault diagnosis system for reciprocation compressor". The feasibility and reliability of our vibrating signal data solution were proved.
