摘要
目的观察丙泊酚、芬太尼用于纤支镜检查的镇静效果厦其对呼吸循环、苏醒时间的影响和不良反应。方法选择自愿接受无痛。观察患者的血压、心率纤支镜检查的患者40例，分别静推芬太尼0．4μg／kg和丙泊酚2．0～2．5mg／kg、氧饱和度、操作时间厦不良反应。结果给药后血压、心率和氧饱和度均有不同程度下降，但有临床意义的发生率较低，术中体动等不良反应发生率也较低，所有患者在5-8min左右定向力完全恢复。结论丙泊酚与芬太尼联合用药可安全有效地用于纤支镜检查中的镇静。
Objective To evaluate the sedative effect of combined propofol and fantangl in the examination of fiberoptic bronchoscope,to observe their influence on circulation,recover time and side-effects. Methods Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was performed in 40 patients. The patients were injected with fentanyl 0.4μg/kg,propofol 1.5mg/kg 2rain later. Blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2 ,operation time,recover time and aide-effects were observed. Resuts Blood pressure,heart rate and SPO2 decreased to some degree. Occurrence rate of side-effects, such as movement of extremities and body during operation, was low. All the patients recovered within 5-8min. Conculsion Propofol and fentanyl can be used safely in fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
