摘要
本文以丝杠磨床激光反馈控制系统为例,说明位移系统测量和控制原理,以及数学模型、机械模拟动态特性试验装置和校正机构的试验结果。
By the example——a lasser interferometric feed back control system of a precision thread grinder, this paper describes the measuring and controlling principles of a displacement system, mathematical models, and the testing devices of dynamic characterstics of mechanical simulation. The experimental resuets of the correcting mechanism are given.
