大型整流机组外加饱和电抗器的实践

摘要 大型整流机组由于存在稳流控制系统跟踪速度慢,饱和电抗器调压范围窄,△/Y侧饱和电抗器控制深度不平衡等缺陷,致使有载调压开关动作频繁,迫使压力保护动作,造成机组分闸。通过实践,在现有整流变压器外侧增加一套饱和电抗器,使调压范围达到60-70V,以提高电流平稳度并减少了有载调压开关动作次数。 Large-scale rectification set has some defects such that tracing speed of the steady current control system is slow, that adjusting voltage range of the saturable reactor is small, and that controlling depth of the saturable reactor at Δ/Y side is imbalance etc. These make the loaded switch adjust voltage frequently, force the pressure protector to act, and cause the apparatus tripping operation. A set of saturable reactor is added to rectification transformer, which makes the adjusting voltage range reach 60-70 V. Thus, steady current and reducing the action frequency of the loaded switch have been realized.
