摘要
从高校图书馆内部管理者之间、管理者与馆员之间、馆员与馆员之间的和谐,图书馆外部读者与馆员之间、图书馆与其他职能部门之间的和谐,图书馆环境的和谐三个方面分析了构建和谐图书馆的相关问题,论述了营造人际关系的和谐是构建和谐图书馆的基础。
Regarding that harmonious interrelationship between people is the basis of a harmonious library, the author of this paper focuses on the construction of harmonious relationships within the library, between the library and the outside world and between man and nature.
