摘要
人本管理是社会生产力的不断提高和人的主体意识日益觉醒的产物,是重视人的生存和发展的先进管理理念。国有企业人本管理的实施是适应市场经济发展的客观需要,也是国有企业加强管理,摆脱困境,增强活力,提高经济效率和综合竞争力的必然要求。国有企业实施人本管理必须处理好吸收与借鉴的关系、柔性管理与刚性管理的关系、竞争机制与主人翁地位的关系、企业文化建设与企业精神的关系。
As a product of increasing improvement of social productivity and the awakening of subject consciousness,humanistic management is a new management concept that emphasizes the existence and development of man.The concept is applied in the management of state-owned enterprises to meet the new demands of a market economy and as a means to help state-owned enterprises to extricate themselves from the current predicament,to enhance their vitality and to improve their efficiency and competitive edge.In the implication of humanistic management,it is essential to balance the relationships between absorption and learning,soft management and hard management,competition mechanism and the role of staff as masters,the construction of corporate culture and corporate spirit.
