美他多辛是一种用于治疗急、慢性酒精中毒及酒精肝病的药物中间体。本文以维生素B6氯化氢盐、焦谷氨酸和异丙醇为原料,固相合成美他多辛,纯度达96.3%。
Metadoxine is an intermediate of medicine used in curing acute-care and chronic alcoholism. This paper texted the process to prepare metadoxine from vitamine B6 hydrochloric acid salt ,pyroglutamic acid and isoproanol. Pure content is 96.3%.
