以邻氨基苯酚和苯甲酸为原料合成2–苯基苯并噁唑,用正交试验得出最佳合成条件:溴化四丁基铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂,n(邻氨基苯酚):n(苯甲酸)=1:1.5,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为6h,产率89.5%。
The synthesis of 2-phenyl benzoxazole by the reaction of 2-amino phenol and benzoic acid . Optimum synthcsis conditions were investigated by orthogoned experiments method. Optimum synthesis conditions Were as follows: phase transfer catalysis TBAB, molar ratio 2-amino phenol: benzoic acid =1: 1.5, reaction temperature 110℃, reaction time 6h, the yield of production was 89.5%.
