Progress of cell Zn^(2+) fluorescent probes

摘要 本文主要对近年来测定细胞内游离Zn2+的荧光探针进行较详细地评述,并对其化学规律、性质和其优缺点进行了讨论。 Recent advances in application of intracellular free Zn^2＋ fluorescent probes were reviewd, and their chemical principies ,properties and some limitations were discussed in detail.
