摘要
对镗削加工中出现的精度超差故障,通常用工艺分析的方法进行探源,然而其结果并非理想,特别是对多工位镗孔。采用理论与实际相结合的方式,阐述了普通螳孔和多工位镗孔精度故障的诊断原理,并就加工误差特征的摘取、故障征兆的推导和精度故障系统的建立等要点作了重点介绍。
Technological analysis is ordinarily used for detecting cause of machining trouble during boring process that accuracy cannot be kept within the tolerance limit,but the result is often not as people expected,especially for multistation hole boring. The article expounds diagnosis principle of the accuracy trouble in ordinnary boring and multistation boring,and emphasizes the main points such as ascertaining feature of error,deriving portent of trouble and setting up accuracy trouble system,etc.
