奥迪轿车内腔防锈

Rust Protection for Inner Cavity of Audi Car

摘要 腐蚀是降低汽车使用寿命的主要因素。尽管阴极电泳涂装大大地提高了汽车的防腐蚀能力,但对于轿车车身点焊形成的缝隙、夹层,空腔等部位漆膜几乎没有,只有2~4μm的磷化膜,达不到防腐要求。采用内腔喷腊防锈,可确保整车防锈性能。介绍了奥迪轿车内腔喷腊防锈工艺及设备。该工艺实施简单,效果较好。经过内腔防锈的轿车在全国各地的大气环境中和海洋运输中,确保了整车的防锈性能。 Corrosion is a major factor to reduce automotive service life. Although the cathodic electrophoretic coating has a huge anti-corrosion ability to motor vehicles,but for those positions such as the crevices, laminations,cavties et formed by spot weld. in car body .there is little paint coating,Only with 2~4 mictrometer thick of phosphate coating there,which can not meet the anticorrosion requirement. Now the rust protection per formance of a complete car is ensured by spraying the wax to the inner cavities in car body. The process and eguipments for rust protection by spraying the wax to the inner cavities in Audi cars are described. It is a simple and convenient process with a better result. It is evident that after the inner cavities in car body are treated by rust protection,the rust protection performance of cars in the atmospheric environments all over this country and shipped on the sea is ensured.
