船用扭矩仪功效卓著——记扭矩仪在舰船上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 扭矩是舰船动力性能的一个主要特征参数,它反映了主机的工况、螺旋桨的效率、传动轴系的叮靠性和船机桨匹配的合理性。该数据对舰船动力系统工况的实时控制与早期故障诊断具有重要作用。因此,对扭矩实时监测已成为现代舰船运行控制的必需项目。 1972年,美国海军首先在一艘以燃汽轮机为动力的DD-963级驱逐舰上安装使用了Acurex船用扭矩仪,用来监测航行中推进轴的扭矩变化,进行主机的科学管理。此后,美海军很快将这项技术推广应用到200多条舰船上,并为此专门成立了扭矩仪计量站,保证扭矩仪使用和量值的统一。Acurex公司的扭矩仪产品不仅装备了海军舰艇,同时也在800多条民用船舶上得到了推广应用。
