摘要 采用一次培养实验方法,研究了Cd(Ⅱ)对8种常见海洋微藻生长的影响.结果表明:高浓度的Cd(Ⅱ)抑制8种微藻生长;而50μg/L、100μg/L的Cd(Ⅱ)分别对大扁藻、中肋骨条藻的生长具有促进作用.在Logistic生长模型的基础上,结合Lorentz方程和GaussAmp方程,引入Cd(Ⅱ)浓度项,建立新的方程来描述Cd(Ⅱ)存在条件下海洋微藻的生长过程;并且通过对实验数据的非线性拟合,验证该方程是合理的.该方程不仅可以根据海洋微藻的生长情况,推测相应海区的Cd(Ⅱ)污染物浓度;而且也可以预测不同浓度Cd(Ⅱ)条件下,相应海区的海洋微藻的生长情况. Effects of Cd(Ⅱ) on the growth of 8 species of marine microalgae were studied in batch culture experiment. The experimental results show that higher doses of Cd(Ⅱ) inhibite the growth of Heterosigma akashiwo Hada, Chaetoceros curvisetus, Skeletonerna costatum (Greville) Cleve, Pheodactylum tricornutum Bohlin, Prorocentrum rnicans , Gyrnnodinium sp. , Platymonas helgolanidica ,Platyrnonas subcordiforus. But, lower doses of Cd(Ⅱ) (50μg/L and 100μg/L) promote the growth of Skeletonerna costaturn (Greville) Cleve and Platymonas helgolanidica. A growth model, with consideration of effect of Cd(Ⅱ) on the growth of marine microalgae, was developed by incorporating Logistic growth model with Lorentz equation and GaussAmp equation. Lorentz equation can describe the effect of Cd(Ⅱ) on the growth rate constant while GaussAmp equation can describe the effect of Cd(Ⅱ) on the final biomass of microalgae. It was demonstrated that the growth model showed in accordance with the experimental data.
