摘要
通过对当前国内外图书馆参考咨询服务现状的分析入手,介绍了参考服务的几种形式,指出了当今参考咨询服务的发展趋势,是逐步走向个性化、社会化及合作化。
Through the analysis of library reference service both at home and abroad, the paper has introduced some reference service models, and pointed out the future trends of reference service, such as personalization, socialization; cooperation.
