摘要
针对高校图书馆网络数据库评价选择中出现的指标多、随机性强等特点以及传统的层次分析法本身存在的固有缺陷,提出一种改进的层次分析法,应用它建立网络数据库的评价指标体系。计算出各评价指标的相对权重,采用专家给出的待选数据库各指标的属性值,最后通过线性加权获得评价结果,为图书馆选择网络数据库提供新的途径。
In view of the characteristics of the traditional AH P in selecting network database m umversity, such as over many indices strong randomicity, and it＇s inherent defect, the article puts forward an improved AHP, and builds evaluation index system of network database with ito Working out the relative weight of each index, adopting the index values of the databases provided by experts, the evaluation result is acquired by linear weighting,which will provide a new approach for selecting network database.
