摘要
目的通过对术后镇痛的对比性研究,探讨昂丹司琼对曲马朵镇痛效果的影响。方法30例手术患者随机分为两组,每组15例,分别给予不同的术后镇痛药物。T组:单纯应用曲马朵;E组:曲马朵联合昂丹司琼。两组均采用无背景剂量、负荷剂量加按压单次给药的PCIA模式。结果两组患者均能得到满意的镇痛效果,但T组恶心、呕吐者增多,而E组所消耗的曲马朵药量明显大于T组。结论昂丹司琼对曲马朵的镇痛作用具有一定的拮抗作用;为达到满意的术后镇痛效果,曲马朵须联合应用昂丹司琼以减少不良反应的发生,同时适度增加曲马朵的用量。
Objective To verify the hypothesis that ondansetron may impaire the analgesic efficacy of tramdol based on a comparative study of the post-operation analgesia. Methods 30 patients were divided into two groups randomly and received the PCIA after the operation. The PCIA were set as no background infusion, 15 minutes ＂wash-up＂ time and a bolus dose which was 25mg tramdol in group T and 25mg tramdol together with 0.6mg ondansetron in group E respectively. Results Both of the groups could achieve satisfactory analgesia while group T had more frequent of nausea and vomiting, group E needed extra-dosage of tramdol to get the perfect analgesia. Conclusions Ondansetron can impair the analgesic effect of tramdol. To get a perfect post-operation analgesia tramdol needs to be combined with ondansetron and the doeage of tramdol should be increased.
