摘要
本文建立了科学评价雨量预报方法的数学模型,对所给网格点上的数据进行插值计算,得到两种方法的预报值,再结合题目提供的实测数据,并考虑公众的满意程度,通过建立相对误差模型,比较两种方法误差的大小来评价两种方法的准确度。
In this paper we has made mathematical model to evaluate the rainfall forecast methods scientifically. According to given points of grid we take interpolation and get the prediction value of two kinds of methods. Combining the data of surveying that the question offers and considering public satisfying degree, we set up relative error model to compare the value of two kinds of method errors, and estimate the accuracy of two kinds of methods.
